SFA Concludes Four-Game Home Stand Against Utah Valley

NACOGDOCHES, Texas- Stephen F. Austin will cap off their four-game home stand with a showdown against the Utah Valley Wolverines. Tip-off is set for Thursday, February 1st at 6:30 p.m. This matchup will feature a giveaway upon entry.

The Stephen F. Austin Lumberjacks are 1-1 in their series history versus the Utah Valley Wolverines. SFA's most recent matchup against UVU resulted in a 113-69 loss. Both teams' only wins have come on their home court.

The Lumberjacks fell to the California Baptist Lancers 81-79 at the William R. Johnson Coliseum. SFA fell to 12-8 overall and 5-4 in the Western Athletic Conference (WAC). It was the Lumberjacks second consecutive loss at home in a game that came down to the final seconds. SFA lost 53-51 in the last few seconds to Grand Canyon College this past Thursday night.
