
SFA Faces Utah Tech to Begin Two-Game Roadtrip

ST. GEORGE, Utah- The Stephen F. Austin Lumberjacks will continue conference play January 11th when they travel to Burns Arena to face the Utah Tech Trailblazers. Game time is set for 8:00 p.m. SFA has won five straight games and is coming off a 92-73 conference win over the UT Arlington Mavericks. The Lumberjacks are 10-5 overall and 3-1 in Western Athletic Conference (WAC).
History of the Matchups:
This will be the fourth matchup between the Stephen F. Austin Lumberjacks and the Utah Tech Trailblazers. SFA is 2-1 in the series, dating back to SFA's 81-52 win over the Trailblazers in the 2021-22 season. Since joining the WAC in 2021, SFA is 2-1 against UTA. The last matchup between the Lumberjacks and Trailblazers took place in WAC Vegas and was an 80-76 loss for the 'Jacks.
