Brystal Beyer named to USBC Junior Team USA, Finishes 3rd Overall at U20 Junior Gold Championships

SFA Bowling will be well reprsented on Junior Team USA, as Brystal Beyer was named as one of the newest members.
12 boys and 12 girls qualified for Junior Team USA through scores bowled in the U20 and U18 divisions. The top four male bowlers and top four female bowlers after 26 games of qualifying and the champions and co-champions in each division earn spots on Junior Team USA.
Beyer qualified for Team USA after finishing fourth after 26 games in the U20 Junior Golds. She found herself in the losers bracket but was able to string up a couple of wins and qualify for the TV finals. Beyer finished as the #3 seed for the U20 Junior Gold Championships after winning the losers bracket and falling in the first round of the TV finals.
Beyer was one of the key pieces to SFA Bowling's success this year. In 2022 she was near the top of every statistical category for the Ladyjacks. Beyer had 1,082 complete e-frames, a 19.89 average per frame, an 86.3 overall fill percentage, and 525 total strikes.
