'Jacks Ranked No. 16 & No. 21 in FCS Top 25 Polls

NACOGDOCHES, Texas – The Stephen F. Austin football program enters the bye week ranked in the top 25 of the FCS Coaches, and STATS Perform Top 25.
The 'Jacks are ranked No. 16 in the Coaches Poll and No. 21 in the STATS Perform Top 25.
The Lumberjacks were defeated by FBS opponent Louisiana Tech 52-17.
Jalon Hunter finished with a team-high eight tackles, including a pair of solo tackles. Myles Heard and Edward Bobino each added five tackles.
The 'Jacks enter their first bye week of the season and return to action on September 24 versus Warner. Kickoff is slated for 6 p.m. at Homer Bryce Stadium.
