Lumberjacks Split Doubleheader with NSU

Prior to first pitch, Pedro Cuellar, Skylar Black, Sean Moore, Joseph Sgambelluri, Jordan Monacy, Jacob Stobart and Jeremy Rodriguez will be honored during the Senior Day festivities.
GAME 1 | SFA, 9-4
-The 'Jacks connected on one more hit than the Demons, completing 11 in Game 1.
-Of SFA's 11 hits, two of those consisted of home runs from Skylar Black and Chaney Dodge (2 RBI), both to left field.
-Chaney Dodge led the way for SFA with three hits and three RBI on the outing.
-SFA trailed the Demons in Game 1 after the top of the third (3-1), but two back-to-back four-run innings in the third and fourth cushioned the home team's come-from-behind lead.
-Clayton Loranger's RBI single through the right side gave SFA a 4-3 lead in the third, soon for it to be a 5-3 advantage after Loranger stole home after advancing to third on an error during his at-bat.
-Eight different Lumberjacks compiled at least one hit in Game 1.
-Harrison Lee garnered his second win of the season, only allowing one hit in 1.2 innings of work.
GAME 2 | NSU, 5-4
-SFA jumped out to a 1-0 boost in the first inning, but NSU's four-run inning in the third was critical in the Demons' Game 2 victory.
-In the top of the third, NSU racked up four hits from a pair of singles resulting in 3 RBI for the Demons, including one run walked in.
-The 'Jacks responded in the bottom of the third with a SAC bunt from Kyle Cullen, plus an RBI single up the middle from Skylar Black to slim the NSU lead to 4-3 through three.
-Bryan Burgos singled to right center for an RBI in the fourth to tie the game up at 4-4.
-A groundout to second base was the difference-making RBI for the Demons, scoring the fifth and final run in the seventh to secure the SLC road win.
