Two Ladyjacks earn United Soccer Coaches All-Region Honors

Caylon McMillan and Carli Arthurs were both able to add one more award to their illustrious careers with the SFA soccer program, as they earned spots on the United Soccer Coaches All-Pacific Region teams.
McMillan, a native of Forney, Texas, found herself on the second team. The midfielder scored four goals in conference play in addition to two assists. She finished with a brace and an assist at home against Chicago State and then secured three points with the lone goal against UTRGV in the span of five days. She was a constant attacking threat and opened up multiple opportunities for her teammates throughout the season.
Arthurs, a Lewisville, Texas native, earned third-team honors for her crucial role on the SFA backline. She started all 18 games and racked up 1487 minutes of action, good for second-most on the team for an outfield player. She helped the team to six clean sheets, including five in 10 games in conference play. While she was protecting the SFA net, she was a huge contributor on the other end as well, finishing the season with three goals and an assist.
