Ladyjack Soccer Announces Spring Schedule

NACOGDOCHES, Texas – The Stephen F. Austin women's soccer schedule released its full schedule for spring competition on Wednesday afternoon. A total of six games await the Ladyjacks, beginning with a home game on March 9 against Louisiana-Lafayette.
"After a long winter break, we are really excited to get back on the field and begin building for 2019", said SFA head coach Wally Crittenden. "We have a great foundation of experience and talent returning this fall so this spring will be a great chance to put things in place that will carry over to next season. We have a great blend of home and away games against good teams so it will be a fun spring."
After the opening contest against the Ragin' Cajuns, the Ladyjacks travel to College Station for a doubleheader, a rarity in the college soccer game. SFA will face Texas A&M-Corpus Christi at 3:00 p.m. in a 60-minute game before facing host Texas A&M in a second hour long session at 5:00. Following that contest, the Ladyjacks will travel to Louisiana-Monroe on April 7 to face the Warhawks in a 1:00 p.m. matinee. One week later on April 14, the 'Jacks square off with Louisiana Tech at 1:00 p.m. at the SFA Soccer Field, and wrap up the spring schedule on April 27 with the annual Alumni Game.
