Inclement Weather Causes Changes to Southland Conference Outdoor Track and Field Championship

SAN ANTONIO, Texas -- Thunderstorms throughout the morning on Friday caused a radical shift in the schedule of events for the 2018 Southland Conference Outdoor Championships in San Antonio, Texas on Friday. A revised schedule released by the Southland pushes back all events schedule for Friday except for the 10000m races, and alters the schedule for both Saturday and Sunday to accommodate the added events. The 10000m races will still take place on Friday evening as scheduled, with the women racing at 7:30 p.m. and the men at 8:10 p.m.
Saturday's events will kick off at 9 a.m., beginning with the combined events for both the men and women. Live results for the meet can be found via the live stats links on the sfajacks.com schedule page, or via the Southland Tournament homepage at (https://bit.ly/2HSLBjM).
