
Ladyjacks Earn NSCAA Team Academic Award

KANSAS CITY, Mo. – The Stephen F. Austin women’s soccer team received the 2013-14 National Soccer Coaches Association of America (NSCAA) College Women's Team Academic Award on Monday.
The Ladyjacks garner the team honor for the fourth time in the last five seasons after posting a 3.38-combined grade point average. To qualify for the award, a team must have a minimum GPA of 3.0 (on a 4.0 scale) to be eligible. A total of 861 soccer teams (280 men, 581 women) garnered the award.
On Thursday, Oct. 30, seniors Morgan Glick (3.83) and Megan Dunnigan (3.84) were named to the Capital One Academic All-District 15 teams announced by the College Sports Information Directors of America (CoSIDA). Glick was named to the first team, while Dunnigan garnered second team recognition.
