
Louw Named Offensive Player Of The Week

FRISCO, Texas - Stephen F. Austin senior midfielder Kylie Louw was selected the Southland Conference Offensive Player of the Week, league official announced on Tuesday. Louw scored the game-winning goal on a penalty kick in the 82nd minute against Texas State to lead the Ladyjacks to a 1-0 victory last Friday.
The senior from Discovery, South Africa (Tuks Combined School), scored her second goal of the season to help Stephen F. Austin earn its fourth road victory this year.
Louw leads the Ladyjacks in assists (7) and is second on the team with 11 points and is currently third in the nation in both total assists (7) and assists per game (0.88).
The Ladyjacks open weekend play this Friday with a home match against Arkansas-Pine Bluff at 7 p.m. followed by a road game on Sunday at Baylor at 6 p.m.
