Henshaw Named to CFPA Watch List

Sophomore kicker Thomas Henshaw has been named to the College Football Performance Awards (CFPA) Watch List announced publication officials Sunday morning.
A sophomore from League City, Texas, Henshaw took over the starting role in 2010 following an injury to Logan Barrett. Henshaw finished the year scoring 44 points, and was 7-of-9 (78 percent) on field goal attempts, including a career-long of 47 yards against Texas State. Henshaw closed out the 2010 regular season where he converted a season-high three field goals against Northwestern State.
The Lumberjacks open the 2011 regular season Thursday, Sept. 1, 2011 when they host McMurry. The game against McMurry is slated to being at 6 p.m. from Homer Bryce Stadium.
