Game Notes & What To Watch For:

- Junior Bryson Myles set a new single-season record at SFA on Tuesday with two steals at Arkansas-Pine Bluff to give him 31 for the year, breaking Kai Kirby's 2008 record of 30. Now Myles can set his sights on the all-time mark at SFA as he needs just seven more to tie Tanner Hines' career record of 38 set last season.
- Junior Jason West needs just one more save to break a tie with Kyle Standley second all-time at SFA in saves. He tied Standley last week with 15 for his career, which is six shy of Richard Folmer's school record of 21.
- Jarid Scarafiotti is currently ridinga season-high, nine-game hit streak going into the weekend. In that streak he is hitting .568 with 11 RBI, a homer and three doubles, while only striking out once in 37 at-bats.
- SFA head coach Johnny Cardenas and TAMUCC skipper Scott Malone are former teammates from their time at TCU in the early 90s. Cardenas was an all-SWC selection for the Frogs, while Malone was named SWC Player of the Year in his time there.
