Tickets for Texas A&M Game Available

NACOGDOCHES, Texas - Tickets for the Lumberjacks 2010 season opener at Texas A&M will go on sale Tuesday through the SFA Ticket Office. The cost of the tickets will be $50.
The game against the Aggies is slated for Saturday, Sept. 4, and will serve as the season opener for both teams, but the kick off time has not yet been set. The contest will mark the third meeting between the schools, but the first since the 1935 season.
The Lumberjacks are coming off a 10-3 (.769) season that saw them win the Southland Conference title and advance to the second round of the NCAA FCS Playoffs. The Aggies were 6-7 (.462) in 2009, finishing the season in Shreveport, La. at the Independence Bowl.
