Series Notes & What To Watch For:
- Zack Taylor struck out eight and the SFA pitching staff held the Trojans to just two hits in picking up a 7-3 win on March 9 in Little Rock. Bo Coffman hit his first home run of the year in that game and was one of five Lumberjack hitters with two hits on the night.
- Now that Tanner Hines’ school-record, 24-game hit streak has come to a close it is Jarid Scarafiotti that holds the top active hit streak by a Lumberjack. The sophomore has hit safely in 11 conescutive games dating back to an April 7 doubleheader against UTPA.
