Ladyjacks Finish Strong at ORU

TULSA, Okla. - The Stephen F. Austin Ladyjacks fired a 325 Tuesday morning to climb to 13th in the final round of the Bob Hurley Auto ORU Shootout in Tulsa, Okla. The Ladyjacks recorded a three-round score of 329-327-325 - 981.
Freshman Marissa Bransburg continues to impress after carding a 79-83-77 - 239 to finish tied for 29th overall. Senior Noelle Willcoxon was only a stroke back of Bransburg shooting an 81-81-78 - 240. Willcoxon finished 38th overall.
Sophomore Allison Flake fired back-to-back-to-back rounds of 83 to place tied for 55th overall. Freshman Aliece Anderson was cut nine strokes off her opening round score with an 80, but struggled with an 87 in the final round. Anderson placed tied for 74th overall. Sophomore Chelsea Simmons finished tied for 84th overall with a 265.
The Ladyjacks returned to action Monday when they travel to Huntsville, Texas to compete in the SHSU Invitational.
