Ladyjacks Currently 14th at ORU Shootout

TULSA, Okla. - Only a week after the Stephen F. Austin men competed at the ORU Shootout, the Ladyjacks traveled to Tulsa, Okla., to compete in the Bob Hurley Auto ORU Shootout. The Ladyjacks are currently 14th overall at the Meadowbrook Country Club after firing a two-round 329-327 - 656 in the 17-team field.
Freshman Marissa Bransburg and senior Noelle Willcoxon fired an opening-day 162 to finish tied for 45th overall. Bransburg carded rounds of 79-83, while Willcoxon recorded consecutive rounds of 81.
Sophomore Allison Flake recorded the team's third-lowest score with an 83-83-166. She is currently tied for 56th overall. Freshman Aliece Anderson is only three strokes back of Flake with an 89-80 - 169. Anderson enters the final round of the tournament tied for 67th overall. Sophomore Chelsea Simmons cut a stroke off her opening round score with an 86-85 - 171. She is currently tied for 72nd overall.
The Ladyjacks will close out the ORU Shootout Tuesday morning with the third and final round.
