Ladies' Night Set for Thursday, Aug. 27

NACOGDOCHES, Texas - The annual Ladies' Night presented by State Farm has been scheduled for Thursday, Aug. 27th. The event is slated to begin at 5:30 p.m. in the SFA Athletic Fieldhouse.
State Farm Insurance is presenting the event, which is geared toward helping interested women learn more about the game of football. The program is for women of all ages, and there will be presentations from the SFA players, coaches and the coaches' wives.
Hors d'oeuvres will be served, and admission to the event is free.
The Lumberjack football team is slated to open the 2009 season Saturday, Sept. 5, when they travel to Dallas, Texas, to face SMU. The game against the Mustangs is slated to begin at 7 p.m. from Ford Stadium.
