Meet the 'Jacks Slated for Aug. 25th

NACOGDOCHES, Texas - The annual Meet the 'Jacks has been scheduled for Tuesday, Aug. 25, in Baker Pattillo Student Center Grand Ballroom. The event is slated to begin at 6:30 p.m.
Tickets are $10 and can be purchased from any member of the Fredonia Rotary, and will also be available at the door. The ticket includes a barbecue meal, and fans can get autographs of the players and coaches following the event. The evening will be highlighted by the introduction of the 2009 Lumberjack coaches and players. The SFA band and spirit squads will also be on hand.
Among the letterwinners returning for the 2009 season are preseason All-America selections Tim Knicky and Jabara Williams on the defense, and Jeremy Moses and Duane Brooks on the offensive end. SFA enters the season picked fifth in the conference preseason polls.
