SFA To Host Houston Baptist

NACOGDOCHES, Texas - The Stephen F. Austin Ladyjack soccer team will wrap up its exhibition schedule Saturday with a home game against Houston Baptist. The contest is scheduled for a 5 p.m. start.
Saturday's game is the first of the year to be played under live conditions. SFA opened is coming off a 3-2 loss to SMU in the exhibition opener on Tuesday. That contest featured three 30-minute periods and unlimited substitutions by both teams.
Saturday will mark SFA's first meeting with Houston Baptist, a program entering its fourth year of existence. The Ladyjacks will begin the 2009 regular season on Aug. 23 with a road game against Louisiana-Lafayette.
