Ladyjacks Fall To Sam Houston

NACOGDOCHES, Texas - The Ladyjack tennis team continued SLC play on Thursday by hosting Sam Houston, but the Lady Bearkats had too much and picked up a 6-1 win.

The loss drops SFA to 1-4 in SLC play with Texas State next on the docket on Saturday.

Tatiana Smolnikova picked up the only point of the day for the Ladyjacks, defeating Stasa Vujosevic 6-2, 6-2 in No. 4 singles play. Sam Houston took all three of the doubles matches and did not allow the Ladyjacks to take a set in singles play.
