SLC Tournament on Southland TV

KATY, Texas - Fans wishing to following the Stephen F. Austin Lumberjacks and Ladyjacks through the Southland Conference Championship tournament can do so live through Southland TV. Fans can purchase a tournament package for $12.95, which includes the first two rounds of the tournament. Fans can also purchase individual games for $5.95.
To set up an account log onto the Southland Conference web site at www.southland.org, and click on the Southland TV link. All tournament games will be played at the Merrell Center in Katy, Texas.
For fans with the opportunity to catch the tournament action in person, tickets are still available. Fans can purchase tickets in advance through any Ticketmaster outlet, or by visiting Ticketmaster.com. Tickets can also be purchased at the Merrell Center box office. Reserved tickets are $18 for a two-game session and $12 on championship day. General admission tickets are $15 per two-game session or $10 on championship day. Any student with a validated ID from a Southland Conference member institution will be admitted for free, as will all children five years old and under.
The Lumberjacks enter the tournament as the leagues No. 1 overall seed and will face eighth-seeded Texas-San Antonio Thursday at 6 p.m. The Ladyjacks will open the tournament against fourth-seeded Lamar Wednesday evening at 8:30 p.m.
