
Holman Named Preseason All-America

Senior defensive back Keldrick Holman was named 2006 Preseason Second-Team All-America announced The Sports Network Executive Director Matt Dougherty Thursday afternoon.
Holman led the Southland Conference and was among the league leaders in interceptions last season. He also finished third in the conference in tackles on his way to first-team All-SLC honors and second-team All-America honors. Holman returns for his senior season as one of the top players at the NCAA Division I-AA level and will anchor a Lumberjack secondary that returns four of five starters from 2005.
The Lumberjacks kickoff the 2006 season Thursday Aug. 31 in Tulsa, Okla., against the Golden Hurricane. -SFA-
