Ladyjack Volleyball Moves Up In Rankings

NACOGDOCHES - The Richkern.com/AVCA Division I Regional Poll has been announced and the Stephen F. Austin Ladyjack volleyball team has moved into the top ten in the Central Region, announced Bill Kauffman of the AVCA Monday evening.
The Ladyjacks, who were ranked in the 12th spot last week, have been promoted into the number 10 spot after a week of wins. SFA swept matches last week from Louisiana Tech, Lamar and McNeese.
The squad improved its overall record to 15-2 and extended their SLC mark to 7-0.
The Ladyjacks will resume their Southland Conference slate when they travel to Monroe, La. on Friday to take on Louisiana-Monroe at 5 p.m.
