Cajun Stadium is Venue for SFA/McNeese State Game

PLANO, Texas - Saturday's Southland conference tilt between Stephen F. Austin and McNeese State will be played at Cajun Stadium in Lafayette, La., league officials announced Monday afternoon. The game is scheduled for a 4 p.m. kick off.
The game had to be moved from its scheduled venue, Cowboy Stadium, due to the damaging effects of Hurricane Rita. The game was tentatively rescheduled to be played Houston, Texas at Galena Park ISD Stadium before today's decision from the conference office. The exact game time and ticket information is still pending.
The Lumberjacks enter the game with a 4-1 overall mark and a 1-0 league record. McNeese State is 2-1 on the season and will be making its 2005 conference debut against the `Jacks.
