NACOGDOCHES - The Stephen F. Austin Ladyjack soccer team will look to rebound from its heart-breaking double-overtime loss at Louisiana State when it hosts Centenary Sunday afternoon. The game is slated to begin at 2 p.m., from the SFA Intramural Complex. The Ladyjacks are 10-1-2 (.846) since moving back to the Intramural Complex.
Senior Leadership: Senior Christie Mestayer has gotten out to a hot start in her final season in a Ladyjack uniform. Mestayer currently leads the team in points and goals.
Watching the Record Books: Junior goalkeeper Natascia Michalezki entered the 2004 season second all-time at SFA with 300 career saves. Michalezki currently has 325 career stops and needs only 19 more saves to pass Elizabeth Evatt (1998-2001) as the school's all-time leader.
Up Next ... The Ladyjacks will hit the road to Dallas for a showdown against St. Mary's on Friday Sept. 17, before returning home to host Tulsa on Sunday Sept. 19. The game against the Golden Hurricane is scheduled to begin at 2 p.m.
