TEMPE, Arizona -- SFA fell to 0-2 on the year following Saturday's 3-1 loss to 20th-ranked Arizona State. The Sun Devils scored three runs on five hits off starter and loser, Crissy Autry (0-1). SFA managed a single run on four hits in the game.
Brooke Chandler led the way offensively, going 2-3 at the plate. Heather Hebert and Kristen Exline also added hits for the 'Jacks. Hebert scored the game's only run for SFA.
The teams close out the three game series with a single game Sunday.
