
SFA Volleyball Ranked 15th in Central Region

COLORADO SPRINGS, Colo. - People are starting to take notice of the Stephen F. Austin Ladyjack volleyball team. The Ladyjacks are one of the hottest teams in the nation, having rattled off 11 consecutive wins. The American Volleyball Coaches Association has ranked SFA 15th in the recent RichKern.com/AVCA Division I Central Region poll.
The Ladyjacks are currently 19-5 (.791) on the season and currently in third-place in the Southland Conference, but only a half game back of Texas-Arlington and Texas State, with an 11-3 (.786) league mark. The Ladyjacks are tied with both UTA and Texas State in the loss column with three losses.
SFA returns to action Tuesday night when they face Louisiana-Monroe at Brown Gym in Monroe, La. The match is slated to begin at 7 p.m.
