Ladyjack Basketball Adds Assistant

SFA head women's basketball coach Lee Ann Riley announced the hiring of Krissy Riggs Wednesday as an assistant coach. Riggs replaces Tiffany Moore.
Riggs comes to SFA from Wingate University where she spent the fall of 2001 as an assistant sports information director. During her time at Wingate, she handled the media relations responsibilities for the university's fall sports.
Riggs was four-year letterwinner at UNC-Wilmington, where she was selected as team captain her senior season. Riggs served on the Student-Athlete Advisory Committee for two years and was a Dean's List student.
The Ladyjacks kickoff the 2003-04 schedule Friday, Nov. 21st, against Louisiana Tech. The game is slated to begin at 7 p.m. in the William R. Johnson Coliseum.
