Athletic Trainer Added To SFA Staff

Stephen F. Austin head athletic trainer Sandy Miller has announced the addition of Trey Younger to the sports medicine staff at SFA. Younger will assist in all phases of the SFA sports medicine program, but will be primarily responsible for the athletic training needs of men's basketball.
Younger joins the SFA staff having spent the past 11 years at the high school level in Louisiana. A lifelong resident of Southwest Louisiana, Younger is a 1992 graduate of McNeese State University with a bachelor's degree in Health and Physical Education.
During his tenure in Louisiana, Younger was actively involved in the Louisiana Athletic Trainers' Assocation, serving as the chair of the public relations committee and overseeing the group's website.
