WHITE DEFEATS PURPLE IN SCRIMMAGE

Nacogdoches - The Stephen F. Austin Ladyjack soccer team held its second intersquad scrimmage Tuesday night at Homer Bryce Stadium. The white team defeated the purple team, 2-1.
The first goal was scored by freshman Kendra Cannon and was assisted by sophomore Sophia Pantazis. The second goal for the white team was scored by freshman Audra Brown and was assisted by Pantazis. The goal for the purple team was scored by Leslie Felderhoff.
The Ladyjacks will kick off the season at Arkansas State on Friday August 31st. The match is scheduled to begin at 5:30 p.m. from Jonesboro, Ark. The first home match for the Ladyjacks will be held September 9th at 2:00 p.m. at Homer Bryce Stadium. Admission is free.
