Ladyjack Soccer Goes 3-1 at UT-Dallas Invitational

The Ladyjack soccer team competed this past weekend at the UT-Dallas Invitational Soccer Tournament. The Ladyjacks went 3-0 in pool play, advancing to the semi-finals of the event. In the semi's, the game was tied at the end of regulation with SFA coming up on the short end of a shoot-out.
So far this spring, the Ladyjacks have posted a 3-2 record in one 11 vs 11, and four seven-on-seven games. As a team, the Ladyjacks have scored 14 goals while allowing only five opponent tallies. Last spring, the Ladyjacks managed only one goal all spring.
The Ladyjacks will close out the spring season this weekend as they host a pair of games at Homer Bryce Stadium. Saturday, the Ladyjacks will play host to the Dallas Image, a top level Classic League U-19 team from the Lake Highlands girl's Classic League. Game time Saturday is set for 6:00 p.m. in Homer Bryce Stadium. Sunday afternoon, SFA will then play host to Richland Junior College beginning at 5:00 p.m. in the stadium.
