Ladyjacks Lose to Rivals

Natchitoches, La. - The Stephen F. Austin Ladyjack soccer team lost to rival Northwestern State, 4-0, in a match that was rescheduled from September 23rd.
Freshman Kendra Cannon (Kilgore,Texas) led the team with five shots. Right behind her with four shots was freshman midfielder Sarah Johnson (Ft. Worth, Texas). By the end of the match the Ladyjacks and the Lady Demons both took 16 shots.
Senior goalie Elizabeth Evatt (Plano, Texas) played all 90 minutes and had five saves.
Come out and watch the Ladyjacks take on Southeastern Louisiana on Friday, October 5th at 7:00 p.m. at Homer Bryce Stadium. The Ladyjacks will battle it out with Nicholls State on Sunday, October 7th at home. Admission is free.
