MOBILE, Ala. (AP) - Forward Michael Bollman scored 14 points and grabbed 6 rebounds to lead South Alabama to a 73-51 victory over Stephen F. Austin.
The victory extended South Alabama's home court winning streak to 12 games. South Alabama is 2-1 on the season, while Stephen F. Austin evened its record at 1-1.
The Jaguars led 33-22 at the half and then broke open the game by shooting 61 percent in the second half. South Alabama had it's largest lead 54-30 with 10:23 to play.
Brett Gravitt and Virgil Stanescu had 11 points each for the Jaguars and Ravonte Dantzler had 10. Ericson Beck made his first start at point guard for South Alabama and had four assists, three steals and three points.
Ron Banks had 11 points to lead the Lumberjacks.
