Ladyjack Volleyball Falls to Southwest Texas

NACOGDOCHES, Texas -- The Stephen F. Austin State University Ladyjack volleyball team fell to the Southwest Texas State University Bobcats in three games tonight 15-8, 15-5, 15-10.
Senior, outside hitter Jenny Orndorff had 13 kills, one error and 24 total attempts. Orndorff also helped her team by accumulating nine digs and two service aces at the service line.
Junior, setter Marissa Dorcheus finished the match with 36 assists, ten digs and one block assist at the net. To add to her success, Dorcheus had two kills.
The Ladyjacks will be back in action September 16, at 7:00 PM in Nacogdoches as they face Texas-San Antonio. All matches are played in William R. Johnson Coliseum. Call 468-jack for ticket information.
