Sydney is entering her first season with the Ladyjacks golf team. Sydney is a native of Shreveport, Louisiana and transferred to SFA from the University of Memphis.

Personal:
Sydney is the daughter of Sherri and Perry Moss. Her father Perry played golf at LSU from 1987-91. Sydney was the Louisiana Women’s Amateur Champion in 2022 as well as the two-time Louisiana Girl’s Junior Amateur Champion in 2020 and 2022. She was also the Louisiana D1-5A Girl’s High School Individual Champion in 2021 and the runner-up in 2022. Sydney has qualified for the USFA Girls Junior Amateur in 2022 and qualified for the Optimist Junior World 2022. The won second place at the AJGA Shreveport Junior Open in 2022 and placed third in the Louisiana Girl’s Junior Amateur in 2021. She was also voted Shreveport Times Girl’s Golfer of the Year in 2021. During her time at the University of Memphis, Sydney played in all ten events. Sydney has a passion for good food and making people laugh. During her time at SFA, Sydney will pursue a degree in kinesiology.
