Prior to SFA
Carlene comes to SFA from a small town in Wisconsin. She is the daughter of Matt and Jennie Beyer and the sister of Brystal Beyer. Her parents own a six-lane bowling center themselves in Manawa, Wisconsin. She has been bowling since she was only 4 years old and has a high game of 298 and high series of 780. Her highest average prior to college was 210. She is a lover of her pets back at home having two horses and two dogs. Carlene attended Little Wolf High School in Manawa, WI and during her time there she became a two-time High School State Individual Champion in both 2016 and 2017. Her high school team fell just short of a couple titles themselves finishing runner up in both 2016 and 2018. Carlene is an impressive 11-time Junior Bowlers Scholarship Tour Champion along with being a member of the Wisconsin High School All-Star team 3 years in a row.
While attending SFA, Carlene will be pursuing a degree in Elementary Education in hopes to be a teacher.
