Clayton Wayland is entering his first season with the Lumberjacks. Clayton is a native of Southlake, Texas and attended Carroll High School.

Personal: Clayton is the son to Liz and Steven Wayland and is the brother to Steven Wayland. Wayland was a two time all-district honoree and also earned a second team all-state honor as well as a second team all-area honor during his time at Carroll High School. Clayton has family history at SFA as his grandfather graduated from SFA. Wayland will be pursuing a degree in business while at SFA.
