Lowote Jurkin is entering his first season with the Lumberjacks. Lowote is a native of Pflugerville, Texas and attended Weiss High School.

Personal: Lowote is the son to Lilian Loro and Lado Jurkin and the brother to Loro Jurkin. Lowote also has a stepmother, Rita Ford. While attending Weiss High School Jurkin earned first team all-district honors, All-CenTex honors, All-State Honorable mention, and Academic All-District honors. Lowote will be pursuing a degree in finance while at SFA.
