2018 (Junior) | Checked in on multiple occasions as SFA's backup catcher during his first season of NCAA Division I competition...Took part in 28 games and made 13 starts behind home plate...Batted .212/.358/.231 with 11 hits, 13 walks, 11 RBI and seven runs scored...Racked up 123 putouts with 12 assists while committing two errors for a fielding percentage of .985...Made his Lumberjack debut with a start in a non-conference setback against Central Michigan where he went 1-for-4 at the plate (2/16)...Drove in a season-high two runs on two occasions - the first of which came in a non-conference setback at UTRGV (2/18)...Drew a pair of walks and swiped his only base of the season during a non-conference home win over Texas Southern (3/27)...Posted his lone multi-hit game of the season in a 15-inning Southland Conference victory at Northwestern State where he finished 2-for-7 and registered his only double of the year (4/8)...Scored a season-high two runs during a non-conference home setback to TCU (5/15).
2017 (Sophomore) | Increased his production at the plate without letting his defense take a hit throughout his final season at Bossier Parish Community College...Took part in 47 of the team's 50 games and was a starter in 45 of those games...Batted .321/.457/.511 with 44 hits, 27 runs scored, 35 walks and 31 RBI...Accumulated 15 extra-base hits including nine doubles, a triple and five home runs...Was flawless behind the plate, leading the team with 206 putouts and never committing an error to finish with a perfect 1.000 fielding percentage.
