2018 (Freshman) | Turned into one of the 'Jacks' better arms before getting his inaugural collegiate campaign cut short by injury...Worked his way through 40 2/3 innings of action across 11 games...Made seven starts on the pitching rubber...Concluded the year with a 1-2 record that included a 4.87 ERA and an opponent batting average of .256...Struck out 30 batters, walked 22 and gave up 23 runs on 40 hits...Debuted in a non-conference setback to Central Michigan where he tossed four frames, gave up four runs and struck out three batters (2/18)...Fanned a season-high seven batters in 4 2/3 innings of relief work and earned his lone win of the season in SFA's 15-inning Southland Conference victory at Northwestern State (4/8)...Fired a season-high 5 2/3 innings of action in a home non-conference Southland Conference loss to Texas A&M-Corpus Christi (4/20).

High School | Started out what would eventually turn into a fine varsity career at Robinson High School as a freshman by claiming Honorable Mention All-District laurels...Earned First Team All-District acclaim as a sophomore before beginning a dominant second half of his prep career...Produced a 10-0 record with a 2.49 ERA during his junior year...Buoyed by the left arm of the eventual Class 4A Second Team All-State selection, Robinson advanced to the semifinals of the UIL State Tournament and closed out its 2016 campaign with a 29-4 record which included a 10-1 showing in district tilts...Accepted an invitation to the Texas Rangers' area code tryouts...Listed as the 23rd-best pitching prospect in the state of Texas following his junior year...As a senior in 2017, was named First Team All-State and First Team Super CenTex while leading his team to a 33-2 record and a berth in the state finals.
