2017 (Senior): Made a total of 20 appearances - 19 of which were in relief - during his final season of collegiate baseball...Turned in a 1-3 record and finished the season with a 7.89 ERA...Tossed a total of 21.2 innings and gave up 31 hits, nine walks and 26 runs in that span while also racking up 11 strikeouts...Made his first and only start of the season in a non-conference tilt at Texas A&M where he gave up five hits and two runs - both unearned - in a season-long 3.2 innings of work (2/21)...Picked up his only win of the season by throwing 0.2 innings of relief in a non-conference home victory over Arkansas-Pine Bluff (3/22)...Turned in his only multi-strikeout appearance of the season in a Southland Conference home win over Houston Baptist where he fanned a pair in one inning of relief (5/19).
2016 (Junior): Saw time as both a starting pitcher and a reliever through the course of his first season in an SFA uniform...Put together a record of 1-4 with a 5.94 ERA...Fired 47 innings and gave up 59 hits as well as 39 runs...Struck out 33 batters and issued only nine walks...Debuted with a 2.2 innings relief effort in SFA's season-opening victory at UT Arlington where he registered a pair of strikeouts (2/19)...Saw the first of his three 2016 starts come at No. 4-ranked Texas A&M (2/23)...Fanned a season-high five batters in a 4.2-inning starting effort at New Mexico State (3/5) that SFA eventually won by a 5-4 tally...Earned his first SFA victory by working four innings of relief in a 5-2 Southland Conference Tournament elimination game against Lamar (5/26).
