SFA Cheer Wins Pair of Titles at USA Collegiate Championships

Jacks stake claim to Large Coed Intermediate, Small Coed Advanced Championships, grab two more top three placements
ANAHEIM, Calif. - It was a very impressive hardware haul for head coach Will Patrick's 2025-26 Stephen F. Austin cheer squad at the United Spirit Association (USA) Spirit Nationals & Collegiate Championships. The Lumberjacks staked claim to the 2026 Large Coed Intermediate Championship and the 2026 Small Coed Advanced Championship in addition to earning third-place results in the Intermediate All Girl competition and the Group Stunt competition.
COACH PATRICK ON THE WEEKEND
"The atmosphere on the weekend was great. Kids showed up and were really, you know, locked in on focusing on what we prepared to do, didn't let the time change shake them. Didn't let the new environment shake them. They really put their head down and just went all at it and it was cool to see the results that came out of them relying on our preparation. It was amazing to see what they were able to do representing our program and University."
UP NEXT
The Jacks are back in action on April 2 at Dallas Baptist. Two days later, the squad presents its annual Nationals Showcase inside the William R. Johnson Coliseum in advance of the NCA & NDA College Nationals April 6-11.
