The former 'Jack was drafted 11th overall in the 2020-21 NBA G-League Draft by Raptors905, the Toronto Raptors' G-League affiliate. Since then, Harris has enjoyed a successful journey in the league having played in 124 contests with 105 starts at an average of 28.9 minutes per game across time with the Skyhawks (2024-25), Osceola Magic (2023-24), Lakeland Magic (2022-23) and Raptors 905 (2020-22). This past season, Harris captured G-League Next Up Game MVP honors during NBA All-Star weekend in San Francisco which highlighted a season that saw him average career-highs in scoring (19.8), rebounding (7.1), assists (3.8) and minutes played (31.8).

Harris played in 127 games, averaging 28 minutes per game, during his time in Nacogdoches and was an integral part of the Lumberjacks' 28-3 campaign in 2019-20 which included his 26-point effort in an upset win over top-ranked Duke inside Cameron Indoor. For his career, Harris averaged 14.4 ppg which included back-to-back 17+ ppg seasons as a junior and senior. He finished with 1,833 points as a career 48.3% shooter from the floor and a near 40% success rate from range. In his final season as a Lumberjack, Harris was unanimously named the Southland Conference's Player of the Year.
