Carlene Beyer and Chloe Skurzynski named NTCA All-American First Team

SMITHFIELD, RI - Carlene Beyer and Chloe Skurzynski headline the 2022-23 NTCA All-America First Team. The team was announced today by the National Ten Pin Coaches Association on the eve of the NCAA Championship.
Beyer, a fifth-year student from Ogdensburg, Wis., was also a first-team All-America a year ago. As the anchor for the highly ranked SFA Ladyjacks, Beyer has been a mainstay nationally since helping her team win the NCAA title in 2019. Beyer finished fifth in the PCPI, third in filled frame percentage and fourth in single pin spare shooting.
Skurzynski, a senior from Carlisle, Pa., was present among many national statistical leaders, including the PCPI, filled frame and single pin spare percentage. She won the Northeast Classic and made four all-tournament teams during the season.
