
SFA Earns Runner-Up at NCAA Bowling Championship

COLUMBUS, Ohio – The Stephen F. Austin bowling team earned runner-up at the 2022 NCAA Bowling Championships.
McKendree defeated SFA 4-0 in the championship final.
The Ladyjacks, which were the overall No. 9 seed in the bracket and the No. 4 seed in the Arlington Regional, proved the doubters wrong.
SFA, which earned an at-large bid defeated in order: No. 4 Sam Houston, No. 7 North Carolina A&T, No. 6 Louisiana Tech, No. 1 McKendree and No. 3 Vanderbilt.
The Ladyjacks path to the championship final was the hardest among the 16 teams that qualified. The entire 2022 roster returns in 2023 and will be primed to make another run for the program's third national
