
Chloe Skurzynski wins Southland Bowler of the Month

FRISCO, Texas – The initial Southland Bowling League Bowler and Newcomer of the Month awards were announced by the league office Friday, with SFA's Chloe Skurzynski winning Bowler of the Month for action in October.
Skurzynski was the runner-up in the individual standings at the Colonial Lanes Classic, averaging 225.40. She earned all-tournament team honors with this finish while filling 94% of her frames. Her Baker frame average was a 20.96 for the event. Her fill percentage was an 85.9% during Baker.
She was then the top placer in the individual standings at the Dezy Strong Classic, averaging 227.00. She earned MVP honors as well as a place on the all-tournament team while filling 96% of her frames. Her Baker frame average was a 21.79 for the event. Her fill percentage was an 88.4% during Baker.
Skurzynski's overall frame average for all events and formats is a 21.82 which is the highest of all SBL bowlers. She also is tied for the highest frame fill percentage in the SBL at 89.9%.
