
Self Named WAC Offensive Player of the Week

ARLINGTON, Texas – Senior quarterback Trae Self was named the Western Athletic Conference Offensive Player of the Week for his performance this past Saturday at Abilene Christian.
Self went out in style in his final collegiate game, leading SFA to a 24-21 victory at ACU on Nov. 19. Self completed 26-of-37 for 397 yards and two passing touchdowns, adding a 12-yard rushing touchdown with 2:43 to play to give the Lumberjacks their first lead of the day and clinch the 2022 WAC Football Championship.
The Richland Hills, Texas native also surpassed the 10,000 career passing yards mark.
