CONWAY, Arkansas -- The Lumberjacks (13-21, 10-12 SLC) rallied back into the win column after dropping eight straight with a victory over the Central Arkansas Bears on Saturday, 8-2. The 'Jacks and the Bears have snagged one game apiece thus far, with the series finale partaking in a doubleheader tomorrow. First game is set for noon (7 innings) with the series finale TBA (9 innings).
WINNING FACTS
- The 'Jacks got a complete game from right-hander Joe Todd (3-2), who allowed nine hits and two runs, tossing 114 pitches on the outing.
- On an offensive note, SFA converted on a season-high 15 hits in the contest. Skylar Black and Sean Moore both contributed three.
- Black smacked two doubles, in addition to Cal Campbell and Sean Moore adding one each.
