Ladyjack Golf Slates 8th Place at Islander Classic

The SFA women's golf team completed competition at Islander Classic on Tuesday, where the Ladyjacks finished with a team score of 974 (+110) to finish 8th, moving up one spot from the day before. Kate Dishman tied for 21st (78-78-79,+20) on the leaderboard to lead the squad in the two-day event.
Sloane Bennett tied for 34th (80-82-82, +28) on the leader board, with two more Ladyjacks notching a top 40 finish in Zayda Cedillo (86-82-78, +30) for 38th place and Kelly Yang coming in 40th place (86-82-80,+32).
SFA will compete in its next tournament on Monday, March 8th-9th at the University of Texas Rio Grande Valley Invitational.
