
SFA Tallies Seven Runs in 7-1 Victory Against Northern Iowa

CONWAY, Ark. --It was a tough day for Northern Iowa pitchers, as the SFA Ladyjacks tallied seven runs en route to a 7-1 victory over the Panthers on Saturday. Sophomore Kassidy Wilbur (5-2) got the win for SFA (14-4). The right-hander went seven innings, giving up one run on five hits, allowing four walks and striking out 11.
In the batter's box, the Ladyjacks were paced by junior Marisa Arriaga, who went 2-for-4 on the day with a double and two RBIs. Sophomore Savanna Parker put together a noteworthy day at the plate as well, going 1-for-2 with a double and three RBIs. Senior Madison Clements also contributed for SFA, putting together two hits in three trips to the plate while adding a double, a walk and an RBI.
